Cougars @SAA Cross Country 2019

Awesome day for a PB! Team Cougars, Darine and Cheo raced under the Women's Open 5km. The route was slightly different from previous years, however, we still had to run up the same hill.
Through consistent training, we did well. Both of them managed to come in top 10 placings. Darine achieved her PB for cross country 5km with an official timing of 24.42 mins and came in 9th. Cheo came in 3rd with an official timing of 22.11 mins.
And of course, what's a race without Gatorade to hydrate?
