On the 4th day of Pesta Sukan, Darine and Cheo ran in their second race, which was the 1500m Women's Open. The race started on time, with two false starts before the third start came through. Darine came in 6th with a timing of 6.12.83mins - a timing that she has also maintained and its also close to her personal best. It was an extremely close fight in the last 100m for Cheo, with three girls fighting for the 2nd and 3rd positions. Ultimately Cheo came in 4th with a timing of 5.39.87mins, which also happens to be her season's best timing. Both of them did well for these races too!
