Categories (male & female): U12, U14, U20, Open (Figure 1)
SEE START LINE (Figure 2)
U12 boys & girls: 1.6km (Figures 3.1 & 3.2)
U14 girls: 3.6km (Figures 4.1 & 4.2)
U14 boys: 4.3km (Figure 5)
U20 boys & girls: 4.3km (Figure 5)
Open men & women: 8.6km (Figure 5 - 2 rounds)
NEW: Team categories for U14, U20 and Open male and female categories. Top 4 runners from each team will be tabulated for team category. Only top 4 runners from each team will receive a team medal each.
Medals will be awarded to top 10 winners of each category
Cash prizes will be awarded to top 3 winners (U14, U20 & Open)
Laptop sleeves for top 5 winners (U12, U14, U20 & Open)
Phiten goodie bags for top team winners (U14, U20 & Open)
Collection of number tags will be at 7am at the registration area (Figure 6)
Prize presentation ceremony & lucky draw will be held after events are completed (Figure 7)
Registration fees:
Public/non-member: $30
Bundle rate: >50 participants, $28/runner
Cougars member: $20

By submitting the registration form for the event, you are agreeing to the event's rules and regulations.
Every registered runner will receive a number tag with timing chip.
Every registered runner will receive a goodie bag (Bagpack, collapsible cup, and keychain light). While stocks last!
