After running a full marathon earlier in December 2018, Cougars' Adriano participated in another 10km race held in Rome at the end of December. With proper rest and training, together with his grit and determination; allowed him to push through the race as he reached the finish line with his personal best (PB) of 46.32mins! His previous PB for this same race was 50.08mins. His timing may have been sub 46mins as the total distance was between 10.2km - 10.4km.
It was a well-run race and fantastic pace by Adriano! Keep running! Congratulations!
